Boneless Dilis at Caiisian Food Stall
One of our favorite snack at Caiisian is their one of a kind anchovies that is served deboned with a good mix of sweet, sour and salty flavor. Yes, that small fish that's normally eaten by Filipinos as it is and deep fried - is deboned and sliced as thin as chips to create a one of a kind tasty snack, best eaten as a pulutan or with beers.
It's an original recipe by the owner, Ms Caii, inspired by the dishes she tasted as she visited different countries all around the world. If you are adventurous enough to taste it, drop by her food stall at R20 food park and taste a single serving for only 50 pesos! And I assure you that you will be craving for more and possibly be asking if she also sells it in a bottle.
I already asked that myself and she said that's coming soon. Hopefully, very soon because we definitely want to give it as gifts to our family and friends. And of course to munch on during our Friday nights beer out with friends. :)
Caiisian Food Stall at R20 Food Park Serving Authentic Asian Dishes
The word Caiisian is taken from Ms Caii's name and the word Asian. So its not really surprising that her food stall serve different Asian dishes including lemongrass chicken, Cebu Bellychon, Chicken Rendang, Nasi Goreng, Kimchi rice and so much more!
Meals for only 100 Pesos +
For an authentic Asian dish, usually comes with a big serving of rice, you only need to pay a little over 100 Pesos to enjoy the full meal. If we need to choose one, you absolutely need to try their Lemongrass chicken! The chicken is served on top of the rice with herbed sauce that sooo yummy when mixed well in your rice!!!
